While other companies rely on salvaging parts from old systems in order to repair yours, we have all the parts new in inventory. Although all DRX™ systems look the same, there are actually many different versions. This is a very important fact to know because although someone may have a used part they think may work on your system it may fit, but it might not work. Be very cautious of the source of the parts put in your system.
All of our new parts come with a one-year warranty.
We are the only company to have an engineer who was part of the engineering team that worked on design modifications for the DRX9000™, DRX9000C™ and DRX9500™. This is critical in designing new specifications for parts that have become obsolete.
